10 Bad Habits as Back Pain Causes

Back pain is the condition that can make someone feel uncomfortable. But there are some bad habits that can trigger the condition.

While the causes of back pain in general can be derived from a variety of things such as infection, trauma, congenital abnormalities or degenerative diseases. But some situations generally can create this pain in daily habits and do them from time to time.

Here are bad habits causing back pain. As quoted from the Prevention, Tuesday (13/07/2010) there are10 bad habits that can cause back pain, namely:

1. Too long sitting
Seating position provides 40 percent greater pressure on the spine compared to standing position. Someone usually retain his seat if it was working so could not rest or stretch. But spending time off can cause more back pain. The longer the back muscles will weaken if not used, the joints become inactive and lose lubrication.

2. Driving in a long journey

3. Don’t do yoga

4. Don’t eat healthy food
