<p>Part 1 of yoga movements: Moving Neck </p>
<p>    1. Sit comfortably on the floor or mat. Legs are crossed in front of you. Back is straight and upright. Put your hands in your lap relax. </p>
<p>    2. Press your buttocks to the floor or the mat, while the head upright. </p>
<p>    3. Without moving the torso (trunk), move your chin toward your chest. </p>
<p>    4. Inhale for a count of 5-10 times (ideally, attract and exhale through the nose, but if it is difficult, you can breathe through your nose and expel it through the mouth with a hiss) and then bring your chin slowly return to starting position (head erect). </p>
<p>    5. Move your chin up (towards the ceiling). Feel the stretch on the front of the neck. Inhale for a count of 5-10 times. You can exhale with a hissing or yawning (yawn). </p>
<p>    6. Lower your chin slowly back (return to original position). Make sure that you remain sitting up straight. </p>
<p>    7. Lowering your right ear near the right <a href=" http://www.backneckpaintreatment.com/shoulder-pain-causes.html">shoulder</a>, feeling the stretch on the left side of the neck. If your left shoulder is raised, lower slowly. While doing this movement, you still control the breath (inhale through the nose and expel it through the mouth). </p>
<p>    8. Touch your left ear with the right hand and lean your head slowly to the right. Feel the stretch on the neck. Inhale for a count of 5-10 times. Then put back the two hands in your lap. Head back up straight. Close your eyes and breathe slowly and deeply. </p>
<p>    9. Repeat step 7 and 8 with the opposite movement. If it is possible, you can perform this step 7 and 8 as close your eyes. </p>
<p>Part 2 of yoga movements: Play Back </p>
<p>    1. Sit on the floor or mat. Pull both legs straight in front of you and feel the stretching. Bend your right knee with left foot crossed straight. Right foot planted on the floor. Bring your right heel on the left upper thigh. </p>
<p>    Hug your right knee with your left hand, and lift the chest. </p>
<p>    2. Stick out your right arm in front of you and placed your right shoulder bags. Your eyes are directed at the hands on the shoulders of a move to follow the body rotated to the right. Perform the movement as far as you can afford. </p>

<p>Part 3 of yoga movements: Arm twist </p>
<p>    1. Sit comfortably on the floor or mat. Cross your legs. Back straight. </p>
<p>    2. Stick out your arm forward, and faced the palm of the hand to your face to shoulder height. </p>
<p>    3. Cross your arms into two at the elbow. Left arm over right arm. If you can, slide the left hand to the right side of the right elbow. Keep the position of your hands stay on top (shoulder height). </p>
<p>    4. Steer into the two palms of your hands to face and touch each other. </p>
<p>    5. Maintain this position while breathing 5-10 times count. </p>
<p>    6. To return to the starting position, open your arms slowly. Develop your hand like the wings of an eagle (your arms are shoulder height.) Try to relax in such circumstances. </p>
<p>    Close your eyes and breathe slowly and deeply several times. </p>
