While the causes of back pain in general can be derived from a variety of things such as infection, trauma, congenital abnormalities or degenerative diseases. But some situations generally can create this pain in daily habits and do them from time to time. </p>
<p>Here are bad habits causing back pain. As quoted from the Prevention, Tuesday (13/07/2010) there are10 bad habits that can cause back pain, namely: </p>
<p>1. Too long sitting<br />
Seating position provides 40 percent greater pressure on the spine compared to standing position. Someone usually retain his seat if it was working so could not rest or stretch. But spending time off can cause more back pain. The longer the back muscles will weaken if not used, the joints become inactive and lose lubrication. </p>

<p>Shoulder pain or stiffness is characterized by loss of active shoulder motion and passive stages. The disorder develops in 40-70 years of age, and more apt to occur in women.</p>
<p>Stiffness in the shoulder is one of the orthopedic cases frequently encountered. The shoulder pain causes can be idiopathic or unknown causes, can also be preceded by trauma or disease related to diabetes mellitus, thyroid, and did not move in a long time.</p>

To avoid the symptoms, here are lower back pain exercises by strengthening back muscles:<span id="more-35"></span><br />
1. Pelvic Tilt<br />
1) Sleep on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.<br />
2) Press the back down by using lower abdominal muscle strength.<br />
3) Hold for a count of 10.<br />
4) Restore to initial position and repeat 10 times. </p>
<p>2. Pelvic Lift<br />
1) Sleep on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.<br />
2) Press your legs down followed by lifting bottom upwards slowly.<br />
3) Hold for a count of 10.<br />
4) Return to starting position and repeat the movement 10 times. </p>
<p>3. Hip Rolls<br />
1) Sleep on your back with your knees bent and feet in the direction of the floor.<br />
2) Turn your head left and laterally relaxed position and move both knees down toward to right to the floor by trunk rotation.<br />
3) Hold for a count of 5.<br />
4) Return to the initial position.<br />
5) Turn right and head laterally relaxed position and then move the left knee down toward the floor.<br />
6) Hold for a count of 5.<br />
7) Repeat 10 times. </p>
<p>4. Cat and Camel<br />
1) Position crawling up on hands and both knees.<br />
2) Move back to the fore until the maximum like an angry cat<br />
3) Hold for a count of 5.<br />
4) Pull your stomach down to floor backs away.<br />
5) Hold for a count of 5.<br />
6) Back to the initial position.<br />
7) Repeat this movement 10 times. </p>
<p>5. Hip Extension<br />
1) Position your knees and crawl to your feet as the pillar.<br />

1) Sleeping on your stomach (lying flat on stomach).<br />
2) Push up your hand to elbow in a straight condition and your hip still against the floor, keep your legs straight.<br />
3) Hold for a count of 5.<br />
4) Repeat this movement 10 times.</p>

4. If sitting or driving a car for a long time, rest and do stretching every hour.<br />
5. Exercise regularly. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Anybody those are having chronic neck and shoulder pain, among other pain conditions that occur mainly in hand area to the neck of the body are encouraged to be examined for a possible diagnosing of cervical osteoarthritis, a common age disorder related to the intervertebral discs of our spine neck. The  non exclusive and non exhaustive list of events and syndromes such conditions are: chronic shoulder and neck pain.<span id="more-22"></span> </p>
<p>Terms of chronic neck and shoulder pain specifying particular measures, psychosocial and work have been examined by a self-structured questionnaire and clinical examinations. 5% in period of 1990-1995, chronic shoulder and  neck pain expanded with age, and were more frequent among women than men in each birth cohort. The rate of disappearance of chronic shoulder and neck pain decreased with age. The psychosocial factor seemed to be the causes  in both developing and disappearing of chronic shoulder and neck pain. </p>
