Shoulder Pain Causes

Shoulder pain is often experienced by many people. Unfortunately, this shoulder joint disorder is often underestimated and ignored. Approximately 90 percent of cases of joint stiffness can be cured by itself even though it takes many years.

The shoulder pain causes patient difficult to do daily activities and also the condition causes the decreasing of strength and endurance of shoulder muscle.
