Tips to Prevent Back Pain
We often experience back pain in everyday life due to lack of exercise, too much force or using of wrong muscle performance lift-carrier technique. Whether consciously or unconsciously, we often make the mistake of using the back, so that the impact occurred is injury in muscle and back. If we ignore it, the further impact of injury is the occurrence of back pain. So, prevent it before the injury really happen to you. 1. When lifting, bend your knees and use the muscles of your legs and do not use back muscles to lift.
2. When moving the too heavy load, pushing is better than pulling.
3. Use flat shoes or low heels.
4. If sitting or driving a car for a long time, rest and do stretching every hour.
5. Exercise regularly.
We have probably heard tips to prevent back pain above, but we often ignore it or lazy because of certain condition, but it is your choice whether you want to experience back pain or to prevent it?
