Too often Use SMS Can Cause Arthritis Neck Pain
Nowadays, arthritis or inflammation of the joints is a very common disease and epidemic. There are more than a hundred types of arthritis diseases where the causes are different including arthritis neck pain.
What is arthritis? Arthritis is the inflammation of one or more of the joints of the body. It is usually followed by pain and stiffness especially in the morning or after having exercise. In addition, to pain and stiffness, symptoms can also be swollen, altered bone formation and or reduction in scope or limited motion. So that, certain parts of the body can no longer function properly and can cause arthritis neck pain.
Inflammation of joints which also makes noise when it is moved. Arthritis term literally means “inflammation of the joints”. In certain conditions, arthritis can affect other body parts, such as muscle, bone and organ in the body can lead to decrease function of the body and sometimes can threat life if there is complication.
If the condition is not treated, arthritis can cause joint destruction. More than 66 million of Americans suffer from arthritis disease. The disease related with the joint system is a major cause of disability today.
Sending SMS text message too often can actually trigger pain in your hands, arms and neck. Recent research shows that teenagers who like SMS by using a thumb can have more problems on the arms, hands, arthritis neck pain than teenagers who use more than a thumb.
